Calling people unnecessary

Don't hang up on them!! They will still call you again and again anyway, press option #1 like you wish to speak to them and just leave the phone off the hook. When they pick up, you're not there and now you waste their time. Or better yet, give the phone to your 4 year old to talk to them or perhaps your dog.

We receive one or more calls a day and no one answers when we pick up.

called stating i had unpaid cash advance loans at easy pay and that if i didnt take care of them the marshall would come to my address and pick me up i asked why i hadnt received anything in the mail from the courts and he said check your email and spam i asked for his number and told him i would have an attonery contact him he hung up

Calls several times a day. Do not leave messages - does not say anything when I do answer. Tried to call back the number and was told it is not a working number.

hung up after answering both times, won't answer a call-back, we are on the do-not-call registry

When answering machine picks up they just do nothing/say nothing for 60 seconds then hang up.

I've tried to investigate this number and called the police in the specific NJ area. They told me that I have to contact my local police, who will call the NJ police to investigate it! How sad to think that our police departments use the tactic: "Have your people call my people" approach!! Call your local police and report the problem and hopefully, someone down the chain of command will step up to the plate and do something about it! Good luck to all!! I would suggest you make copies of your phone bills to prove this person is harassing people at all hours of the day and night!

Mr Craig Jones identified himself as a special investigator. Said he need to get ahold of my son with in 24 hour, my son being charged with a restraining order. Which was not true. I was called once before and left an electronic message, the location was Arizona. My son lives in Arizona. I live in California. The last call from Mr. Craig Jones stated he was in Texas. He said the other party wanted to communicate with my son about the restraining order before it went to court. They give out phony case numbers to call. They are a fraud, I wish I had asked for their address and I still plan to make a complaint to my local police department. The last call I got from Mr Jones was at 5:45 am. That in itself is illegal. Hope they catch him soon. FRAUD and SCAM. Do not give any info. If you can get theirs and turn over to police.
